Scope

These terms govern your use of the website chamsport.net and all services provided by Kamal Wellness Services Pvt. Ltd. at our premises in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. By using this website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our contact form. We confirm every booking via email or SMS. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

Walk-ins are accepted for pool access and hammam sessions subject to availability. Massage and waxing treatments require prior booking.

Pricing and payment

All prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We accept cash, UPI, debit cards, and credit cards at the premises. Prices may change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be used for any treatment or service we offer. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. If a treatment costs more than the card value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of the appointment.

Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Guests use the swimming pool, hammam, and other wet areas at their own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Lockers are provided but we recommend leaving valuables at home. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services purchased.

Health and safety

Certain treatments may not be suitable for guests with specific medical conditions. Please inform our staff of any health issues, allergies, pregnancy, or skin conditions before your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment could pose a health risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
