What we do
Four treatment rooms, each private and soundproofed. Our therapists — Priya and Arjun — between them cover Swedish, deep tissue, sports recovery, Ayurvedic oil massage, and hot stone treatments. We use cold-pressed sesame and coconut oils sourced from Tamil Nadu. Heated tables, adjustable lighting, and no background music unless you ask for it.
We don't rush appointments. A 60-minute slot means 60 minutes of hands-on work — no padding with changing time. You get 10 minutes before and after for the table.
Advantages
Therapists with 5–12 years of clinical experience. Arjun worked in sports rehab at the Commonwealth Games facility — if you've got a rotator cuff issue or a tight IT band, he'll find it. Priya trained at Kerala Ayurveda Academy and handles everything from relaxation massage to full abhyanga oil treatment. We keep notes on returning clients so your therapist remembers your problem areas.
