How it works
Pick an amount — ₹1,000, ₹2,500, ₹5,000, or any custom value. We print a card with a unique code, slide it into an envelope, and hand it over. Your recipient brings the card to CHAMSPORT and uses it for anything we offer: pool access, massage, hammam, waxing. The full menu, no restrictions.
You can also order by phone or email and we'll send a digital card with a PDF code. Takes about an hour to process during working hours.
Good to know
Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The balance doesn't expire within that window — they can use it in one visit or spread it across several. If a treatment costs more than the remaining balance, they just pay the difference at the counter.
Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash or refunded. If the card is lost, we can look up the code by purchase date and buyer name — but only if you contact us. We can't replace cards without verification.

Terms
The gift card is issued by Kamal Wellness Services Pvt. Ltd. and can only be redeemed at CHAMSPORT, M-27 Jia Sarai, New Delhi. Cards are non-transferable once activated (though in practice we don't check — whoever holds the card can use it). One card per transaction. If the purchase amount exceeds the card balance, the difference must be paid by cash, UPI, or card. We do not issue partial refunds on unused balances. Lost or stolen cards will be replaced only with proof of purchase. For bulk orders (10+ cards), contact us for a group rate.
